Wednesday, February 9, 2000: Partway through our ride on the Sea of Galilee, we stopped for a time of silent reflection. Following this, one of the sailors put on a fishing demonstration for us. Every workday this man gets to throw his net into the lake, catch nothing and have some smart-aleck tourist say, "Try the other side." He did this, but caught no fish. "No miracle today." he joked (for the umpteen hundredth time).
